What is My Pass Tracker?
My Pass Tracker serves as a comprehensive solution for businesses looking to manage multiple visit or season passes efficiently. For establishments currently offering seasonal passes, this system presents an opportunity to streamline operations without incurring the costs associated with PVC card printers.
 
The platform is designed for ease of use, making it accessible for employees after minimal training. Upon entering pass holder information, staff can issue the relevant type of pass, be it a multi-visit or season pass. A photograph of each pass holder can be captured using an iPad or mobile device, ensuring a visual verification during check-in. This feature effectively minimizes the risk of pass misuse by confirming the identity of the user. Additionally, the system limits daily check-ins to one per pass holder, maintaining the integrity of usage. Passes can be printed on standard cardstock via inkjet or laser printers, eliminating the need for specialized equipment. Each printed pass features a unique QR code and is formatted to align with the Avery 10 business card template.
 
Connectivity
My Pass Tracker operates on a web-based platform, granting accessibility across various devices with internet connectivity. This functionality allows businesses to monitor customer activity seamlessly from multiple locations.
 
Security
The system prioritizes data security by storing information off-site with daily backup procedures in place. Furthermore, businesses can establish distinct user roles for administrators and employees, enhancing overall security measures.
 
How It Works
Creating multi-use or season passes is straightforward; it involves entering basic customer details such as first and last name. Additional optional fields include address, phone number, email for newsletters, birthdates, and photographs, allowing for comprehensive customer profiles. A notable feature is the ability to group pass holders (for example, family members) together, facilitating an expedited check-in process. Customers can be easily retrieved from the database through name searches, group names, or QR code scanning.
